Rafferty

This is a sketch of my friend, Rafferty.

He’s a quiet fellow who lives high in the mountains. He loves the clear, quiet of the mountain at night — especially when the moon rises. He’ll sit in the entrance to his cave watching the stars and listening to the night insects for hours. He also loves inviting his friend Cousteau up for a visit.

Make no mistake, he’s powerful as can be. And there’s the whole fire-breathing thing. Those are things he does — they aren’t who he is. He loves being at peace with the universe.

He’s also the first sketch for sale at my new Etsy store as an 8×10 high quality giclee’ print of an original pen and ink with watercolor illustration.
